Shredders Talex

Grass must be shredded when preparing hay or silage green fodder. The shredders are designed to treat plant residues after harvest, and crush the branches of cut trees and shrubs. Our range includes Talex grass shredders.

LEOPARD

LEOPARD is ideal for fast and efficient mulching. The machines have four working widths of 1.6 m, 2.0 m, 2.5 m at 2.8 m. The robust and well-designed construction ensures trouble-free operation. The cutting height is adjustable by the wheel suspension. Leopard machines can be equipped with a rear wheel with height adjustment. The machines have a hydraulic frame shift mechanism. Leopard comes standard with a Y-shaped knife, but other types of knives can also be used. For power, the machine uses the tractor’s PTO shaft with a flexible telescopic shaft (620 Nm, shear bolt).

LEOPARD O

The LEOPARD O universal shredder with adjustable height is designed to cut crop residues, cut branches and trees, mulching pastures and meadows. Also chop crop residues, corn residues in the fields. The machine is produced in three working widths: 2.0 m, 2.5 m and 2.8 m. LEOPARD O has been supplemented with a number of changes that have helped extend the life of these machines. First, the reinforced frame and suspension system provides much better durability. You can also adjust the cutting height through the wheel suspension. Instead of auxiliary wheels, the LEOPARD frame can be fitted with a rear roller with height adjustment. LEOPARD comes standard with a Y-shaped knife, but other types of knives can also be used. The implement can handle the PTO shaft of the tractor with a flexible telescopic shaft (620 Nm, shear bolt). at 540 rpm.

 LEO 320 PROFESSIONAL

The LEO 320 PROFESSIONAL shredder is designed to meet the high demands of the users and ensure the highest performance and durability. The LEO 320 PROFESSIONAL has a working width of 320 cm and is a highly versatile machine for working in extreme operating conditions. The LEO 320 PROFESSIONAL is designed and tested to meet the highest performance and reliability requirements. LEO 320 provides better residue quality and easier natural decay. The creation of this shredder was focused on large-scale and intensive farms, making the LEO 320 PROFESSIONAL ideal for demanding and specialized contractors. The machine is very useful for crushing crop residues, shredding straw, corn and sunflower stalks. The working shaft is made of a pipe with a size of 219 x 10 mm. The precise rotor balancing ensures smooth operation without vibration and ensures excellent cutting performance with minimum power requirements. For precise working height control, the machine is equipped with standard support wheels (23 x 8.50), rotating 180 degrees with two positions: work and transport. Cutting height adjustment from 50 to 300 mm. Transmissions are transmitted on both sides of the machine with belts, three on both sides to avoid slipping under difficult conditions.
