The entire plant operates in automatic mode, ensuring a stable production process and reduced operating costs. All production processes are monitored and controlled by an operator from a central control panel, allowing for rapid response to changes in production parameters and ensuring maximum operational efficiency.

Building Requirements

The equipment can be installed in a four-story building with a minimum floor height of 3 meters and a minimum floor area of 160 m² on each floor.

If a suitable building is not available, the equipment may be installed on a specially designed four-level steel structure. The recommended dimensions of the structure are 9 × 18 m, with a maximum height of 12 meters. The structure should be mounted on separate foundations, while the external walls and roof should be constructed independently of the equipment-supporting frame.

The overall height of the facility can reach up to 14 meters.

Optional Additional Equipment and Systems

According to individual project requirements, the plant can be equipped with the following systems:

  • Grain receiving and pre-cleaning line.
  • Operational grain storage and feeding system for continuous supply of raw materials to the processing line.
  • Finished product packaging and dispatch unit with the capability to package products in both bulk bags and small consumer-sized packages.
  • Flour and husk storage and bulk loading system for efficient handling and transportation of by-products.
  • Additional automation and process control systems tailored to specific production requirements.
