OPTIMATIK-G-24 is a modern modular buckwheat groats processing plant designed to ensure high product quality, efficient raw material utilization, and a stable production process. Its advanced engineering solutions and state-of-the-art equipment enable the production of groats that meet or exceed GOST quality standards, while achieving yields higher than conventional industry norms.

The plant is based on traditional buckwheat processing technology, including hydrothermal treatment with steam. This process ensures optimal grain preparation for subsequent processing stages, enhances the characteristics of the final product, and improves overall production efficiency.

The technological solutions implemented in OPTIMATIK-G-24 have been significantly enhanced and supplemented with innovative developments created by OLIS. These improvements optimize production processes, reduce raw material losses, increase equipment productivity, and ensure the high competitiveness of the final product in today’s market. Thanks to these advantages, the plant is a reliable choice for companies seeking efficient and profitable buckwheat groats production.

OPTIMATIK-G-24 is supplied as a fully pre-assembled technological complex, which includes metal structures, maintenance platforms and ladders, hoppers, an aspiration system, a pneumatic conveying system, electrical equipment, and an automated control system. Since the majority of the plant is pre-assembled during production, installation and commissioning at the operating site take no longer than three weeks. This solution completely eliminates the need for metal cutting, drilling, and welding works on site, thereby significantly reducing installation time and additional costs.

The plant operates in a fully automated mode. All technological processes are controlled from a central control panel, allowing the operator to efficiently manage equipment operation, ensure a stable production process, and maintain high final product quality.
