Aggregate multi-purpose groats production plant OPTIMATIK-K-30

The aggregate multipurpose groats production line “Optimatic-K-30” is designed for processing barley, wheat, and peas. The equipment is supplied with a metal framework, service ladders and platforms, a hopper system, an aspiration system, a pneumatic conveying system, electrical components, and automation.

As the production line undergoes a control assembly and inspection stage at the factory, its installation and commissioning at the operating site take no longer than three weeks. Therefore, no metal cutting, welding, or drilling work is required during installation.

Building requirements for installation of the groats production plant:

Overall dimensions of the groats production plant:

  • Width – 12 m,
  • length – 15 m,
  • height – 6 m.

For the installation of the groats production plant, not taking into account warehouses for raw materials, ready production, and waste, you need a one-story building with no less than 180 m2 with a ceiling height – 6 m. For installation of the plant, is needed floor with a concrete coupler. Requires the construction of foundations for sketches by “OLIS”. The walls are enough to plaster and whitewash.
