Aggregate multi-purpose groats production plant OPTIMATIK-K-60

The universal grain-processing line “Optimatic-K-60” is designed for the efficient processing of barley, wheat, and peas into high-quality groats. The package includes a robust metal frame, service platforms with ladders, raw material hoppers, an aspiration system, pneumatic conveying equipment, electrical installations, and an automated control system.

Thanks to the pre-assembly and adjustment work carried out at the factory, installation of the equipment at the operating site is fast and efficient. The entire assembly and commissioning process typically takes up to three weeks. No metal cutting, welding, or drilling is required during installation, which reduces setup costs and ensures a rapid start of production.

For the installation of the production plant, not taking into account warehouses for raw materials, ready production, and waste, you need a one-story building with no less than 180 m2 with a ceiling height – 8 m. For installation of the production plant, is needed floor with a concrete coupler. Requires the construction of foundations for sketches by “OLIS” Ltd. The walls are enough to plaster and whitewash.
