MYSILO silos are manufactured in diameters ranging from 3.67 m to 36.67 m, with storage capacities from 27 m³ up to 30,000 m³. Each flat-bottom silo can be equipped with an internal cone at a 45° or 60° angle, ensuring efficient product discharge.
Sidewalls
“Mysilo” silos are distinguished by exceptional durability due to the optimized corrugated sidewall sheet design. The sheet profile height reaches up to 65 mm, providing outstanding structural strength and resistance to mechanical loads.
The sidewall sheets are coated with 600 g/m² of zinc (on both sides), ensuring high corrosion resistance and long service life. This technical solution gives “Mysilo” silos a competitive advantage in the market, as some manufacturers use thinner protective coatings.
Bolts
At all connection points of the sidewall sheets and stiffening ribs, 10.9 grade bolts coated with DACROMET 500 protective coating are used. The integrated high-density polyethylene conical washers ensure maximum tightness and additional protection against environmental impact.
Insulation
Heat- and cold-resistant sealing material is used at the sidewall sheet joints, guaranteeing reliable tightness and structural protection under various climatic conditions.
