Basic product line

Aerodynamic grain cleaning and sorting equipment is intended for cleaning and sorting any kind of grain and seeds (wheat, barley, rye, rice, beans, peas, chickpeas, maize, sunflowers, soya, oats, buckwheat, rape, mustard, flaxseed). The equipment cleans grain with air, which allows sorting the grain without damaging it and suffering any loses.

Grain cleaning equipment performs preliminary cleaning and seed preparation for sowing, because different cultures have different weight and aerodynamic qualities, which allows separating the best seeds with the highest growth potential.
Grain or seeds enter the inclusion chamber, where they are equally distributed throughout the length of the chamber according to their weight, and then they are gradually entered into the separation chamber, where the grain is sorting by weight. Airflow is redirected from the separation chamber and removes small impurities. Cleaned and sorted grains are diverted into containers or tanks through the grain channels (200 mm in diameter).

Air is cleaned during the cleaning operation. Impurities, dust, chaff and other waste are removed through special pads.

Mobile grain cleaners

The unique mobile grain cleaner, which has no analogues in the world. The machine can perform all of the grain cleaning and sorting processes and replace an entire line of fixed equipment. MGC cleaner is designed to load, clean, sort and unload grain in one continuous cycle.

The machine drives into the grain pile, loads up with grain and sorts it precisely into fractions. Grain is cleaned and separated into three categories: none-grain waste, dust and chaff is separated into a special container. Cleaned and sorted grain is routed to trays.
The operator selects the appropriate tray and, using the control lever, directs the grain flow into the unloading conveyor.
