Grain cleaner LUCH ZSO

The LUCH grain separator is designed for cleaning grain crops from coarse, fine, and light impurities in grain elevators and other grain processing facilities.

The machines consist of sieve and air separation units. The air separator can be designed in two versions: with a closed air circuit (VSZ) or with an open air circuit (VSN).

Grain cleaning on the sieves is carried out by screening through a drum sieve according to one of the selected operating schemes. The sieves are cleaned using brushes and wooden rollers.

The cleaned grain, as well as the separated impurities, are discharged separately through outlet pipes.

The manufacturer OLIS has patented a preliminary cleaning device for the LUCH drum cleaners. This device has an integrated dust-settling cyclone, from which the waste is removed using a screw conveyor.

The main advantage of the drum cleaner is that it is designed to clean very moist grain.

Gorizont-K Grain Cleaner

The HORIZONT-K grain separator is designed for cleaning grain crops from coarse, fine, and light impurities in grain elevators and other grain processing facilities.

The separator allows the following operations to be performed: preliminary cleaning, primary cleaning, and secondary cleaning (sorting and calibration).

The HORIZONT-K grain cleaner consists of a sieve separator and an aspiration chamber.

Operating principle

Grain entering the cleaner through the inlet falls onto the sieves, where it is cleaned from impurities that differ in size. The cleaned grain and the separated impurities are discharged separately from the cleaner through outlet pipes.

After that, the grain enters the KAO aspiration chamber, where it is blown with a counter-flow air stream. This process removes light impurities from the grain.

The HORIZONT-K cleaner can be equipped with an air separator VSZ (with a closed air circuit) or an air separator VSN (with an open air circuit). In this configuration, the raw grain first enters the VSZ or VSN air separator, then passes onto the sieve separators, and finally moves to the aspiration chamber.
