Grain mills SKIOLD grind / crush all known feed materials, various types of granules and other materials. Low power consumption (5 kW / h / t), no noise and no dust.
The grinding discs are made of carbide and tungsten, the properties of this alloy ensure wear and deformation resistance, durability. By grinding the well-cleaned grains of medium fraction, the smallest mills SK2500 with a single set of disks can be used to grind up to 5000 tons of grain, with a medium sized mill SK5000 up to 10,000 t of grain.
Manual or automatic adjustment of the distance between the discs allows you to change the bulk and structure of the feed.

Hammer mills are ideal for preparing animal feed. The mill is equipped with a fan that allows the products to be transported in the feed preparation system and also cools them. Simple yet robust design allows it to be used in most existing feed preparation systems. All wear parts of the mill are easily replaced with original SKIOLD parts. Wear parts are made of high quality material that will require minimal maintenance for the mill.
The DM-2 mill comes with 5.5 or 7.5 kW electric motors. Efficiency up to 500 kg / h, transporting the product up to 70 m.
The DM-3 mill comes with 11.5 or 18.5 kW electric motors. Efficiency up to 1300 kg / h is achieved, the transport distance of the product is 80 m. This mill can also be equipped with PROFI-LINE wear-resistant parts.
BM-5 is the largest and most durable in the range of these hammer mills. The BM-5 mill is equipped with 30 or 37 kW electric motors. Efficiency up to 2500 kg / h, transport distance of up to 30 m.

Mill DM6-G
The DM-6G mill has a simple and reliable design with compact dimensions. Supplied with Scandinavian 7.5 / 11/15/18/22/30 kW electric motors and a customer-selected sieve.
Mill DM6-M
The DM-6M mill is intended for milling corn with a moisture content of up to 40%. The mill can also be used for dry grains other than the DM6-G model. Supplied with Scandinavian 11/15 / 18.5 kW electric motors and customer selected sieve.
Mill DM6-WM
The DM6-WM mill is made of stainless steel (except hammer) and is designed for extremely wet corn grains (can contain more than 40% moisture).
